What are the delivery times ?

Our normal lead times are 48 hours for the production of your order then 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

Send an e-mail to the technical support at signaturemetalclient@gmail.com with your e-mail without typos as well as the details of your order (last name, first name, address and order number if you have it). We will change it.

I did not receive a tracking number or confirmation email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email when you placed your order, the email you provided may be incorrect.

In this case, you must indicate: surname, first name, order number and e-mail address, without typing errors, to signaturemetalclient@gmail.com

I received an SMS or an email reminder to complete my order but I have already purchased

If you have already ordered, and you receive an email or an SMS after the purchase which tells you to complete your order, do not take this message into account. Sometimes customers receive a callback due to an automated software error. If you have received a confirmation email or SMS, your order is processed by our service.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact signaturemetalclient@gmail.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we can change the address for you if your order has not already been processed by our warehouse.

We invite you to contact the postal services of your municipality, once the package has arrived at the sorting center or the first delivery attempt has failed.


In the event that your order cannot be delivered to you due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned.
